Three apples — GOLDEN, Red, Green — each switched on with its own box and sitting at its drop %. The shares follow who reached the apple first (half, then half of what is left), never who clicked first, and employees are never told a place; an employee who has not reached it is told how much more they need to sell. A share nobody collects by month end goes into the bee hive, shared every 31 July.

Saving adds what is new to every higher position in the department; leaving a box unticked keeps it for the higher positions. Overview shows every position's card. The owner is never affected by these boxes.
What has to be done, and by when. Tick the box in front of a task and the position carries it. A responsibility with no time is all day — any time inside the due date counts. Completing every responsibility for the whole month pays RM300 into that employee's KPI.
